Refunds are considered for the following scenarios only: (a) the order was not delivered or was delivered late beyond the estimated time; (b) the received items were incorrect or missing items stated in the order; (c) the food arrived in an unsafe or unsafe-to-consume condition; (d) the customer reports a valid issue within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Each case will be evaluated on its own merits. We reserve the right to offer a credit, replacement, or full/partial refund at our discretion.

3. How to request a refund

Once a refund is approved, most refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you receive a credit, it will appear as a line item on your payment method or as a credit to your ClearGoldenPaper account, as applicable. 5. Partial refunds and replacements
In some cases, a partial refund or a replacement item may be offered instead of a full refund. If a substitution is requested by the customer, we will attempt to honor it if it aligns with our current menu and inventory. For beverages, we provide non-alcoholic options such as juice or lemonade; alcoholic beverages are not offered. If a beverage was included in your order and is unavailable, we will substitute with a non-alcoholic drink when possible or offer a credit.

6. Non-returnable items
Perishable items prepared to order are generally not eligible for return. Refunds are not available for items that were consumed, exposed to heat for an extended period, or marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase, except as described in this policy.

7. Abuse of policy
Repeated or fraudulent refund requests may result in the denial of future refunds or delivery service. We reserve the right to limit the number of refunds per customer and may require additional verification for high-frequency claims.
